Description of VK series equipment
To carry out thermal vacuum tests (in conditions of imitation of space), space vacuum-temperature chambers or deep vacuum chambers are used.
NPF Tekhnologiya Ukraine LLC is one of the few companies in Ukraine whose production facilities and personnel qualifications allow producing high-quality vacuum test chambers.
According to the customer's specifications, we manufacture chambers for thermal vacuum testing.

Thermal vacuum chamber of the VK series is a high vacuum chamber designed for testing in conditions close to space.
The working volume, reinforced with stiffeners, allows simulating outer space: pressure from atmospheric to 1x10-6 mm Hg, temperature from -70 to 200 ° C. The inner surface of the usable volume of the thermal vacuum chamber is polished to a grade of Ra9.
The temperature is regulated by heating a thermoplate and a two-stage refrigeration machine. To achieve extremely low temperatures (down to -196 ˚C), liquid nitrogen cooling is used.
A pumping system based on oil-free fore-vacuum and turbomolecular pumps is used to build up a vacuum.
Test management is carried out using a multifunctional automated control system based on imported PLCs.
Serial vacuum units can be equipped with additional options.
