The body of the chamber for testing concrete for frost resistance is made of stainless steel, covered with powder paint.
Two-stage refrigeration machine based on European-made compressors.
Cooling of compressor units: air.
The working volume is made of stainless steel, two removable lattice shelves are installed inside.
Two stainless steel containers (6 samples per container).
The principle of operation of the chamber for testing concrete for resistance to low temperatures:
Test specimens with dimensions of 100x100x100 mm in containers closed from above with a 5% aqueous solution of sodium chloride are placed in containers and placed in the working volume of the chamber. The temperature in the chamber is lowered to -50 ˚C and held for 2.5 hours. After that, the temperature in the working volume is increased and the samples are thawed in a solution with a temperature of 20 ˚C for at least 2.5 hours. The number of cycles is set by the program. After a predetermined number of cycles, the samples are examined.
The program runs automatically.
