Description of equipment of the TBK series
The heat-cold-moisture chamber is designed for testing in conditions of varying humidity from 20 to 98% RH, as well as at temperatures from -70 to +150 ˚C. Humidity and temperature in the chamber can not only change, but stabilize under specified conditions.
The useful volume chamber is made of corrosion-resistant steel, equipped with a swing door and a viewing window. A glass wiper is installed on the viewing window, which works when the glass is fogged up. As standard, the chamber is equipped with one removable shelf, but depending on the size of the working chamber, several shelves can be installed for more ergonomic placement of the test samples.
The two-stage chiller operates on ozone-safe refrigerants (freon R 404/503, R 23) and is air-cooled (standard) or water-cooled (optional).
The humidification system is a reservoir with water and heating elements. Heating is carried out using heat and electric heaters.
The camera is controlled by a touch screen with a human-readable interface, based on Russian or Japanese PLCs.
Each heat-cold-moisture chamber of the KTHV series is equipped with support rollers, a technological opening with a diameter of 100 mm, a removable shelf and lighting of the working volume.
